Sony W815B: The best Picture quality 2014 LED TV

The Sony W815 (Sony KDL-W815B) is a 2014 LED TV model. The W8 Sony seems to have become the TV you need to buy this year if you want a good picture quality. The KDL-W8XX TVs offer a good quality dark or bright 2D images, 3D however is not the best. The Sony W815 has different specifications according to the screen size: 300Hz and passive 3D in 42in, and 600Hz and active in 50 or 55in. The SmartTV has improved but we believe that is far from Samsung or LG. In sound theme because like almost every LED TV, good audio if you want to have to buy an external system.

Our opinion (Verdict):

Our opinion about the Sony W815 is good. Sony has improved the quality of the 2D image and W8 series has also lowered price, so if we do not take 3D and SmartTV as extras, this LED TV is highly recommended. The W8 Sony 2014 series offers many models, much like the W805B, W815B, W828 and W829 where the main difference is Hz and a design change. We can save some money if we renounce to the 3D,  model W705B.
